Structural Associates employs up to 100 dedicated craftsman, carpenters, apprentice carpenters and laborers. All employees are committed to the company's mission, which is communicated constantly through information dissemination and a high level of personal contact.

The process of constructing a quality home is approached with a commitment from one of SA's principals, a Field Superintendent and a Project Manager who along with a crew and a network of pre-qualified subcontractors proceed to build a quality custom home.

SA assembles a construction team, which along with the Architect, Interior Designer and Client, assumes a strong role in the development and achievement of each project's goals. Hands-on field superintendents work directly with the carpentry crews and emphasize the coordination and supervision of all field operations. SA field superintendents are committed to a project from start to finish. They are actively involved in all phases of the project.

SA values technology and realizes it is an integral part of business and construction today. SA utilizes state of the art computer hardware, software and tools to enhance all aspects of the firm. SA has a fully integrated accounting, estimating and scheduling system. This allows for a schedule driven management approach.

Due to the nature of our highly finished, totally custom projects, SA is diligent in researching new building products to ascertain if they will have an added value to the home.
