The following team members are responsible for the success of the finished SA custom home project

SA Principal - One of the SA principals commits to oversee the project from start to finish.

Field Superintendent - Hands-on Field Superintendents work directly with the carpentry crews and emphasize the coordination and supervision of all field operations.

Project Manager - The project manager coordinates the involvement of all team members, including the Architect, Interior Designer, and of course the client.

Structural Associates' Professional Office Staff - The office staff and accounting personnel work directly with the principals, project managers and field personnel in support of each project.

Facilities
SA's internal operations facility consists of a 2,400 sq ft office building and a 5,400 sq ft shop storage building on 7 acres located on the Roaring Fork River. Housing communications equipment, meeting areas and SA's staff, this location serves as the central hub for the organization.

Custom items such as cabinetry, furniture and other fixtures can be constructed in SA's comprehensive shop. A large storage area allows SA to order construction materials in quantity at discount rates and well in advance of their scheduled installation date.
