Structural Associates Company, one of the premier custom home building contractors in the world-class ski resorts of Aspen/Snowmass, Vail and Steamboat Springs, Colorado, has recently put some design and construction energy into revamping its company website.
“The images of our projects and how they complement our amazing geography here in the Rocky Mountains is the best testimony we can offer to illustrate our commitment to creating extraordinary living and working environments,” said owner and co-founder, Shane Evans. “In addition to the beauty of each design, we are proud to be able to adhere to sustainable construction practices. These projects are now visible on our new website.”
Structural Associates Company began in 1982 a general contractor in Aspen, Colorado. Over the years and as their reputation for building quality projects with integrity grew, they were offered projects in Snowmass Village, Vail and Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Throughout the last three decades the company has retained many of its most talented project managers, field managers, skilled carpenters and mill shop craftsmen. These teams, supervised by one of the principals, are attached to a project through its duration, from inception through move-in. This model continues with all Structural Associate builds today.
Once construction has finished, Structural Associates will also commit to active service for the life of each home, ranch or commercial building. Currently they continue to maintain 85% of the homes and ranches built since 1982. Many have changed ownership, some are on their fifth owners. “Who would know better than those who built a home or any building from the ground up?” points out service manager Bobby Peters, a team member for more than two decades. “And, as technologies advance and as we learn to integrate new building techniques, we can apply this knowledge to a renovation, a remodel, or an addition to any of our previous builds. We are custom builders dedicated to a very high level of customer service. That doesn’t end just because construction does.”
